- Learn the 4 types of inner-child wounds and identify yours
- Connect with your inner-child through journaling
- Experience a cathartic Breathwork session
- Followed by a deep and healing Inner-child Guided Meditation

WHAT TO PREPARE:

*have pen and paper for journaling
*have a photo of you as a child (optional)
*you will be laying down on your bed or a matt
*have a blanket and a pillow
have an eye mask or something to cover your eyes
*wear comfortable clothes
*avoid eating too much before the session
*crystals, sage, palo santo, essential oils (optional)
*headphones suggested
